Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the yorzee53 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. yorzee53 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. yorzee53 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- Notify yorzee53 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any technological means to manipulate the platform is prohibited.
Important Notice
Accounts found to involve fraud, manipulation, or terms violations will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
Any balance in an account suspended due to fraud or serious violations may be forfeited at yorzee53's sole discretion.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the yorzee53 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is their own and legally valid.
Successfully verified deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated by the relevant payment provider. yorzee53 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set according to the user's account tier. Before a withdrawal is processed, yorzee53 reserves the right to request identity verification to meet internal compliance requirements. Withdrawal requests that satisfy all conditions will be processed within the timeframe stated in the user account section.
Any withdrawal attempt using a payment method different from the original deposit method may require additional review. yorzee53 reserves the right to reject or delay the processing of transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
All bonus offers and promotions are subject to their own wagering requirements, which are explicitly stated for each offer. These requirements must be fully met before any bonus credit can be converted to withdrawable cash.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
- Using VPNs, proxies, or any other technology to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
- Opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account.
- Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised advantage.
- Communicating with other users or platform staff in a rude, threatening, or offensive manner.
- Any form of collusion or cooperation between users to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Yorzee53 reserves the right to void any bets found to involve exploitation of odds errors or system faults.
- An account may be temporarily suspended for internal review purposes without prior notice.
- The platform reserves the right to refuse service to any user at the absolute discretion of management.
- Disputed betting outcomes will be resolved based on yorzee53's internal system records, which shall be considered final.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property
All content on the yorzee53 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is owned by or licensed to yorzee53. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from yorzee53.

Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law

Account Closure Policy
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending transactions must be settled before closure is processed. Closing an account does not affect any rights of either party that arose prior to the closure date.
Yorzee53 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
